Pre-Construction

A development project is successful when the project team critically evaluates compliance with expectations set by the pre-construction schedule. The pre-construction schedule is a crucial component as it serves as a guide that is modified as the project evolves. Risk management is achieved by managing project progression against the development plan and identifying and communicating any necessary or unintended plan deviation to the project team and returning to project objectives when deviation is not necessary.
