As the Director of Development for Revel Investments, Eric Fors brings more than 35 years of experience to managing the development and construction process of the portfolio’s multi-family projects. He believes risk management begins as soon as the original idea is communicated and he takes a fastidious approach to every project he manages.

Eric built his career working in full-service real estate development companies overseeing real estate, design, construction and property management entities across many markets to deliver successful building projects.

He’s worked at every level, from Assistant Project Manager for Opus North Corporation to President of the Redmond Company. Eric also served as Director of Construction for Focus Development and implemented a facility replacement program for the gas utility in Chicago.

Eric has a degree in Architectural Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering,
